Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

All returned items must be in unused, unopened, and resellable condition, with original packaging and labels intact.

Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• Custom or personalized products
• Intimate apparel and undergarments
• Clearance or final sale items

How to Return an Item:

1.Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at janesmith8887@outlook.com.Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2.Ship Back the Item: Please securely package the item(s) and include the original packing slip.   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Processing Time:

• Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
• A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.  We cannot guarantee stock availability, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Exceptions to Return Policy:

• Products marked as "final sale" or "clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom, personalized, or perishable items (such as food or cosmetics) are not eligible for return.
