Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Information

Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and can vary depending on factors such as product availability, order volume, and payment verification.

Shipping Methods:

Free Shipping & Economy Shipping:

  1. For Europe countries: $9.99
  2. For other international countries: $6.99
  3. Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  4. Shipping Time: 10-15 business days
  5. Estimated Delivery: 13-20 days
  6. This is the most economical shipping option, though it does come with a longer delivery window. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Expedited Express:

  1. For orders under $49.99: $19.99
  2. For orders over $49.99: $12.99
  3. Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  4. Shipping Time: 5-8 business days
  5. Estimated Delivery: 8-13 days
  6. This option is ideal for those who need their order sooner. Expedited Express offers faster shipping, but still includes a 3-5 day processing period. Tracking will be provided for all orders shipped via Expedited Express.

Special Shipping Restrictions for the US:

  • Non-mainland regions(including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other territories) are currently not eligible for US Expedited Express shipping. Standard shipping options are available for these regions, but please allow for potentially longer delivery times.

Customs, Taxes, and Duties:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking with your local customs office to understand what additional fees may apply.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order on the carrier's website for the most up-to-date shipping information.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If your package is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are unable to replace or refund orders for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered.

Holiday Shipping:

  • During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional processing and shipping time. Be sure to place your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
