Our goal is to ensure you have a worry-free shopping experience.

Each of our products undergoes a meticulous quality inspection process before being dispatched.

Before placing an order, please take care to review the sizing information provided.   Each item may have different measurement standards, so we recommend consulting the size charts on our product pages.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, an incorrect size, or an entirely different product, please reach out to us immediately.   We'll respond with solutions within 1 working day.   However, please understand that items without any of these issues are not eligible for unconditional returns or replacements.

Returned items must be shipped back to us.   Upon receipt of your item(s), we require 5 business days to process the solution.   Refunds will be automatically issued within 10 working days.   Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable as they cover the costs associated with shipping services.   Our warranty period is 15 days, and services are terminated after this timeframe.

Please be aware that certain items, such as undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories, cannot be refunded or returned due to hygiene reasons.   Returned packages must be in good condition with the products unworn and unused.   We do not accept damaged, washed, or altered items.

Before initiating the return shipping process, please inform our customer service team of the specific reasons for the return.   We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returned packages, and return shipping costs are to be borne by you.   Purchases made with coupons are not eligible for return or exchange.   If a purchase was made using a combination of a coupon and regular payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

First, contact our Customer Service team and provide the following information:

Await confirmation for returning orders.   Ship the returning package to the provided address and email us the tracking information.   Refunds will be processed automatically within 10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Please note that not all return requests can be unconditionally approved.   It's essential to familiarize yourself with our Refund and Return Policy, where acceptable conditions are clearly outlined.
